How do I book a car?
Open the Fleet page, find your car and select Book on Turo. You choose your dates and pay on Turo.
Who can book?
Drivers must be 25 or over. Turo also sets its own driving licence rules and tells you what it needs before you book.
How do collection and return work?
Collection and return are seamless and can be done in person or remotely. We work to cater for the needs of every customer. We send the pickup address and the steps for collecting the car after you book.
How do fuel and charging work?
Return the car at the same level you were given. The fuel or charge level is documented at pickup and again at return.
Is there a mileage limit?
Mileage limits are shown on each car's Turo listing.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes and cancellations are handled on Turo, under your booking.
Can I rent outside Turo?
